Global Alliance

Intelligence,
compounded.

A private alliance of investors, operators and specialists — pooling what each of us knows, so every member decides with the knowledge of all.

The premise

No single investor sees the whole board.

Capital is abundant. Conviction is not. What separates a good decision from a lucky one is access to people who already know — the operator who has built it, the analyst who has modelled it, the principal who has sat across the table in that jurisdiction before. Global Alliance exists to make that access structural rather than accidental.

01

Intelligence

Signal ahead of consensus. What members are seeing on the ground — in markets, regulators, counterparties and cap tables — long before it reaches a research note.

02

Information

Sourced, dated and attributable. Every contribution carries its provenance, so the network compounds verified fact instead of amplifying rumour.

03

Know-how

Execution knowledge from people who have already done it — structuring, licensing, banking, hiring, exiting. The costly lessons, shared before they cost you.

04

Specialised ideas

Theses built jointly. Members bring a sector edge, stress-test it against the alliance, and take positions with the sharpest version of the argument.

How it works

Contribute. Corroborate. Compound.

A simple, enforced loop. It is what keeps the quality of the room high.

1

Contribute

Every member brings something the others cannot easily buy: a market, a discipline, a relationship, a dataset. Membership is reciprocal by design.

2

Corroborate

Claims are checked against members who hold first-hand knowledge of the sector or jurisdiction. Nothing circulates as fact until someone stands behind it.

3

Compound

Verified knowledge is retained, connected and searchable — so the alliance gets sharper with every cycle rather than starting over each time.

The compounding effect

One network. The judgement of everyone in it.

A member acting alone brings one perspective to a decision. A member inside the alliance brings the accumulated, corroborated judgement of the entire network — across borders, sectors and cycles.

Cross-border Members operating across the Gulf, Asia, Europe and North America — local reading of local markets, not desk research.
Cross-sector Private markets, digital assets, energy and infrastructure, deep tech, commodities and real assets under one roof.
Cross-cycle Principals who have allocated through more than one cycle, and can tell a structural shift from a seasonal one.
Coverage

Where the alliance is strongest.

Depth over breadth. These are the areas where members hold genuine, first-hand operating knowledge.

Private markets Digital assets & infrastructure Energy & power Data centres & compute Commodities & trade finance Deep tech & frontier science Real assets Family-office structuring Cross-border licensing Banking & payments
Membership

By introduction only.

The alliance is deliberately small. Admission is not a function of capital deployed but of what a member can add to the room — and of trust that they will handle what they hear properly.

Reciprocity

Members give as much as they take. Passive observation is not membership.

Discretion

What is shared inside the alliance stays inside it. Attribution never leaves the room without the contributor's consent.

Independence

The alliance does not sell information, take placement fees, or route allocations. Members decide for themselves.

Standing behind it

Contributions are signed. A member who shares something is accountable for how well they know it.
